I am a Certified Energy Healer with over three decades of experience in trauma therapy.

After years of guiding others through deep healing, I chose to leave my traditional therapy practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (specializing in EMDR) to focus on Intuitive Energy Healing-a path that better aligns with both my personal well-being and my deep understanding of how Energy Healing works at an unconscious level.  By clearing energetic blocks, old patterns and beliefs, we can reconnect with our higher selves and fully express our authentic, beautiful nature.

My journey of healing has been lifelong.  I grew up in a home affected by alcoholism, experiencing emotional neglect and dissociation.  I also endured sexual abuse by a trusted family member. These early wounds shaped my adult struggles with self-love and self-connection, leading me to relationships that reflected my past trauma.  For years, I felt lost-disconnected from my spirit and my true self. 

Today, I am living with more peace, joy and fulfillment than ever before.  I spend my days enjoying family and friends.  I love growing and preserving food, immersing myself in nature and embracing creativity.  Most recently I have been on a transformative artistic journey, using art as a powerful tool for self expression.

I have walked the path of transmutation and spiritual rebirth, and it is my deepest honor to guide others through their own profound healing and transformation.
